AFTER PAYMENT
What happens next?
After we verify your payment, our team confirms your booking and sends the next information needed for your trip, including arrival arrangements, itinerary details and any applicable visa guidance.
CHANGES & CANCELLATION
- Three months or more before departure: 50% of the booking fee may be refundable.
- Less than two months before departure: The booking fee is non-refundable.
- Unexpected circumstances: Contact us early so we can review possible solutions or rescheduling.
The exact terms confirmed for your booking take priority where a specific written arrangement has been agreed.
